INTO LOVE
In Kids we want every student to know they are invited to accept God’s love. Each Sunday is an opportunity for us to share God’s story of salvation with each student so that they can jump into God’s love. We strive to teach our kids what it means to love and follow Jesus in our present culture.
Our Kids ministry is split into two developmental stages, lower elementary (K-2nd grade) and upper elementary (3rd-4th grade). Each student will participate in corporate worship where they will be introduced to a new faith concept each week. They will also engage in a consistent small group where they can experience true community as they grow in their faith.
Currently, we offer in-person worship and online worship videos for our Kids every Sunday. Kids meet at 9am at NewStory Church each Sunday. Masks are required to be worn at all times. We have implemented various safety measures to keep our volunteers and students safe from air purifiers to smaller large groups.
Online Worship weekly video will be uploaded every Sunday on the NewStory Kids YouTube channel along with a PDF that will help you drive the lesson home with an easy activity you can do with your child. It is important that you worship with your child as studies have shown that children retain more watching TV/Videos with an adult versus alone. We hope these resources will help you teach your child the importance of weekly worship.
