JUNIORS

Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me..."

Matthew 19:14

HELLO LOVE
In Juniors your child will be introduced to God's BIG love for them!  From infant to PreSchool we share God's story with our youngest members of our church every Sunday.  Through song, imaginative play, hands-on sensory learning, and a lot of love and care, our volunteers teach what God's love is all about.

Juniors Ministry is split into three different developmental stages.  We have Infants (birth - 18 months), Toddlers (18 months - 3 years), and Preschool (3 years - 5 years).  Regardless of age, each child will have a worship service on Sunday that will include singing praise and listening to a Bible Story.  Our Toddlers and Preschoolers will also get to create something unique or experience a fun game to go along with what they learned that day. There is also time for free play so that our students can learn the importance of friends and community when it comes to their faith.

Currently, we offer in-person and online worship for our Juniors.  In-person worship happens every Sunday at 9am at NewStory Church.  Each Sunday they will participate in corporate worship and engage with a smaller group of friends in different learning centers.  Please note that masks are required for all students 2 years and older.

Online worship weekly video is available each Sunday on our NewStory Kids YouTube channel.  Please make sure to watch the worship with your child.  We have included an easy activity you can do with your child after watching the worship video to help drive the lesson home.  Studies have shown that children learn more by watching videos with their parents as opposed to watching them alone.  We hope these resources will help you to teach your child the importance of weekly worship when you are unable to make it out to church in person.

If you have any questions, please email us at juniors@newstorychurch.com and we will be in touch soon.  To stay informed about everything happening in Juniors ministry, please sign up for our weekly newsletter.
